combining multiple estimates as line item total amount to one invoice

I can share details about converting invoices from estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @adavpro381.

QuickBooks can invoice multiple of your estimates at once as long as these transactions belong to one customer. To do that, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Hit the + New icon and select invoices.
  2. Suppose you have already created these estimates under the same customer. They will automatically appear on the sidebar of the invoice window.
  3. You can click the Add button for every estimate you want to invoice.

  4. The application will ask you How much do you want to invoice. you can select the Total of all estimate lines, Custom amount for each line, or enter a specific percentage you want to convert.
  5. Then, click Copy to invoice.

  6. Every item will then be available on your invoice. Once you're done verifying the details, proceed with the transaction by clicking SaveSave and Send, or Save and Close.

If you're using the new estimate and invoice layout, you can go to this article and review the following steps accordingly: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online once your client pays you. This is to ensure your data is accurate.
