While there's no direct option to remove the credit card as a payment option for your customers, you can select an alternative payment method individually instead.
Here's how:
- From the left menu, select Customers & leads.
- Proceed to the Customers page.
- Select a customer from the lists.
- Click on Edit.
- Scroll down and stop at the Payments section.
- Nominate another mode from the Primary payment method drop-down lists.
- Once done, click Save.
