Hi a customer said my forward facing email is wrong, but I cannot find what they see

Happy to have you here in the Community, @lg48. I’ll assist you with your concern about customer-facing email addresses in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Having a correct forward-facing email sent to your customers is important to check important details immediately. Nonetheless, I suggest you ask for a screenshot from your customer to further check the details of the email that they received before we make any changes.

 

Moreover, you can set up your Bcc field in your QuickBooks account to have a copy every time you email and invoice your customer.

 

To do so, here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Account and settings.
  2. Click the Sales tab, and then tap the pencil icon under the Message section.
  3. In the Bcc field, type the email address you want to receive, and then select Invoices and other sales forms from the Sales forms drop-down menu.
  4. Click Save, and then Done to confirm the action.
