Upon reading your post, it looks like you're using the new estimate experience offered by QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know there's no need to worry about the updated view inside your company file. You have the option to revert to the old look if that makes you feel comfortable. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the left navigational bar, click the +New button.
- Select Estimate.
- Beside the Feedback icon, click the Old layout icon.
- Click the Switch layout button, and select the reason why you want to switch over.
- Lastly, click the Leave and submit button.
