How can I print a clients detail list with information

Let me help you out, polancolandscape.

 

We can run the Customer Contact List report to generate their information entered within your QuickBooks Online account and print them right away. 

 

Let me walk you through on how to do it. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
  2. In the search box, enter Customer Contact List.
  3. If you want to add more columns to display additional details of your clients, we can either click the small Gear icon or click the Customize button at the upper-right corner.
  4. If you want to use the small Gear icon, let's tick all the boxes you'll want to generate this report.
  5. On the other hand, if you go to the Customize button, we'll need to click the Rows/Columns section to add their details.
  6. Hit the Run report button.
  7. Once ready, click the Print icon.
