We'll have to uncheck the Print later checkbox when recording a new check so QuickBooks will not add it to the print queue, barlowbldrs. We'll show you how to do this below.
When the Print later checkbox is selected, the same setup will show for new entries. We need to uncheck it to change this default setting. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
