Hello there, @kcsv. I'm here to share details about deleting the Units of Measure (U/M) in your QuickBooks Point of Sale (QB POS).
You can delete your unwanted U/M by making them inactive in the Item profile. Here's how:
- Go to List and select Item lists.
- Open any Item profile.
- In the UNIT OF MEASURE section, choose the U/M in the dropdown you want to delete and click Edit.
- A prompt will show. Click OK.
- The Edit Unit of Measure page will show. Tick the Unit of measure is inactive box and select OK.
Do this to the other U/M you want to delete.
Additionally, you can run a report to get a comprehensive overview of your business finances.
