I have many invoices in the QB online print queqe. I have printed to printer and to pdf. How do I get rid of these?

Let's mark all your invoices in the print queue as printed so you'll get rid of them from the queue in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The Batch actions feature in the Sales menu will let you perform tasks in one go or a few easy steps. You can open the Print later or Send later queue to mark all your invoices in the print queue as printed. This will get rid of all your invoices on the list of to-be-printed transactions. To do this, here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu, then select All sales.
2. Select the Filter option. 
3. Set the Type to Invoices, the Delivery method to Print later, and the date range. Then, click Apply.
4. Click the checkbox beside the Date column to select all invoices to be printed.
5. Select the Batch actions option.
6. Choose Print transactions. Then, a new Print window will open.
7. Go back to your QuickBooks account and select Yes to confirm the Do you want to mark selected transactions as printed? verification.
