I have subscribed for Live Bookkeeping, but it is not working, and message says: Something went wrong We’re working to fix this. Give us a few minutes and try again.

It is like this since yesterday after the consultant subscribed it for me.

Resolving this for you is our priority to help you get back on managing your financial data. As per checking, there's an ongoing investigation when accessing the QB Live Bookkeeping page not working. Please be assured that our product engineers are actively initiating steps to implement a resolution.

 

For now, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to have your account included in the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive timely updates through email notifications about the status of the investigation. To do that:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

If I am not happy with the QuickBooks services, I will cancel my entire QuickBooks services.

And you don't have 24/7 tech support.

Currently, our Product Engineers have resolved this issue that you're encountering. If you still experience this issue, I suggest doing troubleshooting steps to see if this is a browser-caused issue. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts to go to incognito or private mode: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

You can clear your browser's cache to fix the browser issues that you're facing. Also, use an up-to-date web browser to run it efficiently.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team since they have the right tool to help you with this issue. Also, they can guide you if you want to cancel and get a refund. Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Live Bookkeeping.
  3. In Live Bookkeeping, select Send a Message.
  4. You'll be connected to a product expert who can answer your questions regarding QB Live Bookkeeping or help you get a message to your bookkeeper.

 

QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping's support hours are from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. However, the availability of bookkeepers may vary and match the user's availability.
