Thanks for the detailed information you've laid out regarding your required template fonts and needed report, Meredith. I'm here to answer them for you one by one.
Adding Adobe fonts to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Templates is not an option in the system. We can only use the default fonts provided by the program.
As a workaround, you can look for a third-party app that supports the font that you wish to use. Then, integrate it into QBDT to utilize it on your QuickBooks templates. You can browse on our app store website to find the platform that would suit your needs: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop.
On the other hand, we don't have a specific report that provides the list of available fonts in QBDT. However, you can navigate to the Font dropdown on the templates you're accessing. Then, manually review each font's appearance by clicking it and referring to the Sample field:
- Double-click the template.
- Click the Change Font button.
- Input the Font name in the designated field or choose from the dropdown list.
- Review its appearance from the Sample field.
Please know that your product recommendations matter to us. With that, you can submit a feature request to add the font type and its report to our Developer Team. Doing so would enlighten them on what aspects they need to implement in the program for the benefit of every user.
Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks company file. Then go to the Help menu.
- Select Send Feedback Online and then Product Suggestion.
- Choose the Product Area of your suggestion.
- Enter your feature suggestion in the designated field and complete the form accordingly.
- Once done, hit Send Feedback.
