invoices not printing zero dollar items

Our invoices are not printing zero dollar items.  how do we fix to show them on the invoice?

Let me help you configure your QuickBooks Desktop company preferences to print an invoice with zero-dollar items, Brita.

 

You can visit the Preferences tab and deselect the option "Don't Print items with zero amounts when converting to the Invoice" to allow printing items with no cost on the invoice. To do so, you can follow the steps I'll be providing below:

 

  1. Go to the Edit menu at the top, then select Preferences.
  2. On the Preferences, choose Sales & Customers, and then click on the Company Preferences tab.
  3. Uncheck the box for Don't Print items with zero amounts when converting to Invoice.
  4. Once done, click OK.
