Before anything else, know that we recognize the urgency of this matter and want to help you get through this as soon as possible. Upon checking here on our system, there's an ongoing investigation product description does not show to the right of the Product/Service name. Our engineers are aware of it and are now working on a fix. I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users and receive updates once it's fixed. You can follow these steps to contact our customer care team:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click Help (?).
- Select either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a call back from the next available expert.
