Make the "Upgrade to Quickbooks Online" box in Desktop GO AWAY!!!

It should say: "Downgrade to QuickBooks Online", since QuickBooks Online is so much weaker than QuickBooks Desktop in most all ways.

I understand how upsetting this could be for you, Farmers. I'll explain how to get rid of the advertising that shows up in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

You are receiving it as a result of the QuickBooks Desktop 2020 service discontinuation. I believe this is a form of promotion intended to get consumers to upgrade so they can keep enjoying QuickBooks' online services. You can click the X or No, thanks buttons as a workaround. This way, the pop-ups will keep from showing up again.

I understand that not all users are interested in the upgrade. It might happen at a future time or as necessary by the business they work for. For these reasons, I encourage you to suggest this product to our engineers so that it can be added to future updates.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu in your company file.
2. Select Send Feedback Online and choose Product Suggestion.
3. Click the Type of Feedback drop-down arrow and select Product Suggestion.
4. Choose Reports in the Product Area.
5. You can then add brief information in the box.
6. Enter your name and e-mail address.
7. Then, click the Send Feedback button.

I appreciate your response, and suggestions.  The only work around I have found is to work using minimized windows, and the QB version I am using is Desktop Pro 2021. I will do as you suggested and send feedback.  Thank you!
