You'll need to reset your password and log in as an administrator, Zafridi.
In your QuickBooks company file, select I forgot my password on the sign-in screen.

Then, fill out the necessary information on the form. That includes your name, license number, email address, phone number, and ZIP code you used when you purchased the product. You can find all these details when you sign in to your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS).
Once done, review all information and select OK. You'll receive a code from us to the primary email you used on your account. Thus, check your spam and junk folders if you don't see them in your inbox.
With that, QuickBooks will then guide you through creating a new admin password.
