Potential Scam: [email address removed]

I received the following email [email address removed] and am curious if it is a scam given the lack of a header and that it's asking for personal information.

Please upload a copy of the primary owners driver's license to the following link [changed link address for security purposes]:

 https://nova-idproofing.app.intuit.com/nova-idproofing-ui/app?c2Vzc2lvbklkPWIzNzJkYzQ1LTFiOWMtNDdlNy...

If you have any questions/concerns please reach out via in product to speak with an agent.

Note: The requested changes to your account cannot be completed until the copy of your ID has been received and the information is verified. If this is not received within 2 business days of this email being sent, the case will be closed.
