We are using QB 2019 desktop version.
I want to make several price level lists, and each list will be used by 4 customers.

How can I make sales order that automatically update per level price ?

Price Level List

You can use Advanced Pricing and price rules in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @AleumusaShinark. Let me share further details about this.

Advanced Pricing will let you automatically change the prices of items on sales based on the price rules you create. Then, you can create Qty Discounts on specific items. It's currently available in the U.S. version of QBDT Enterprise with a Platinum Subscription.

Please know that when advanced pricing is activated, QuickBooks changes the price levels in your company file into price rules. Whenever you're ready, activate it by following these steps::

  1. Go to the Edit menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Choose Sales & Customers, then select Company Preferences.
  4. In Custom Pricing, select Enable Advanced Pricing.
  5. Tell QuickBooks how to handle price rounding.
  6. Select OK80.PNG

Then, continue by creating price rules with conditions based on customer, item, sales rep, and class. For the complete guide, please see this article: Setup and Use Advanced Pricing.

Also, you can easily keep track of your sales and expenses using predefined customer, job, and sales reports in QBDT. To learn more about this, I'd recommend checking out this article: Customize customer, job, and sales reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Please don't hesitate to let me know in the comments if you have other concerns about price levels and advanced pricing in QBDT. I'm always around to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success,
