Progress Invoicing

I'm using progress invoicing in QuickBooks Online.

My clients pay in installments of 12 and 24. I normally create progress invoices and link them to the estimate one by one. As you can imagine is a lot work and time-consuming.

is there a way to create a batch or recurring of invoices from the estimate?

Progress Invoicing

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @lfar.

At this time, creating a batch or recurring invoices from an estimate isn't possible. QuickBooks only allows you to link your progress invoices to an estimate one at a time.

I understand how much time it could take linking them one by one. But I want to let you know that we're taking notes of your feedback and suggestions.

For now, I encourage sending your feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, they can review it and consider adding it in the future update. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  3. Enter a description of your concern and click Submit.

Also, you can visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.

Please know that I'm just a reply away if you have additional concerns with progress invoicing. Have a good one.
