Hi,
When creating a proposal for a client, sometimes we are selling them multiple products, usually bundled, in one deal.
Some of these products are individual plans that require one-time payments.
Other products are supervision-based services, that are billed weekly or monthly.
Is there any way to create a proposal that combines these products to create an accurate monthly total?
As of now, I get tripped up on products with recurring payments and it makes the "total" inaccurate. The only solution I found is to create two different proposals and that is not efficient.
The $3600 is a monthly bill, the $1250 is a weekly bill. I can't change the amount because it is only 1 product. the $4600 total is inaccurate but there is no way to edit that.
Combining your proposals is a great functionality, Matt.
As of now, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you'll want to consider creating two different proposals.
Alternatively, you'll want to consider using a third-party application to help you manage your proposal. To do so, I suggest visiting our QuickBooks Onine App Store page to find the right app you can integrate with the program.
I also recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. It allows you to actively participate in shaping the future of the product and ensures that your needs as a user are heard and addressed.

If you are running a service company, consider having a proposal management app to integrate with QBO.
