Using OneDrive/SharePoint online.  Keep getting Duplicated file names.

Let me walk you through how to reach out.

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) file, then go to Help menu at the top. 
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
  3. Select the Contact us link towards the bottom.
  4. In the Contact Us page, enter a brief description of your case in the Ask us anything field. Then. hit Search.
  5. Click either Get Phone Number or Start a Message

Once you're able to reach out with our technical support agents, you'll no longer have duplicate file names. Need more help? Check out this link
