Buy nowThe side menu changed today to a few large icons (mostly useless AI/overview/home type stuff) instead of a compact list of helpful pages. It seems like only the bottom 2 icons can be customized, which is not enough to be useful. Is it possible to revert to the old menu?
We understand that changes to the navigation may require some adjustment, Mate. Let me help clarify and guide you through the updates.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) updates the interface as part of its broader design enhancements. With this change, all users have been moved to the new layout, and the option to switch back to the Classic homepage is no longer available.
When you mentioned that only the bottom two icons can be customized, are you referring to the ones pinned above the Customize tab? Please note that the number of icons visible depends on your monitor’s zoom level, and some pinned tabs may appear under the More option from the left navigation panel.

Thank you for the information. I guess my feedback is that it is not particularly useful to be able to pin things to the bottom portion if only 2 show up without clicking the "more". It would be more useful to be able to customize the top portion as well, to optimize for the parts of QBO I use regularly. As a workaround, I have re-created the old menu in Bookmarks. Perhaps this will also be a useful workaround to others.
Since I am able to revert back to the older bank feed & classic reports, I thought it was worth asking.
