Hi there, Scoobuy,
I can share why a standard user can access everyone's wages and the company info.
A standard user with limited access to customers can view customer registers and reports. See the attached screenshot below for your visual guide.
However, you have the option to set the user not to edit the company info, manage subscriptions, and modify other users. Let me show you how:
I'm also adding the Add, delete, or change user access link if you need to modify a user's access anytime.
Stay in touch if there's anything else you need by commenting below. I'm always right here to help.
I have all the settings for the standard user as you have shown but when i am logged in as the standard user they have full access to the accountants reports, including transaction details.
To confirm the user only has limited access selected for suppliers and customers. and NO to all the other options.
I have the same question and see there has been no satisfactory answer posted. Were you able to find a solution?
I can share some information about how standard user works in QuickBooks, reporting1.

I also encourage reading this article to learn more about the different user types and levels of access in QuickBooks Online: User types and user permissions.

Once that role has been assigned, the user can only access the sales/expense-related areas, and they're unable to view all your reports.
Additionally, here are some articles that you can read to learn how to manage who can access your books in QuickBooks Online:
