Synching Quickbooks Desktop with E2 Shoptech ERP

QuickBooks Desktop and E2 Shop System seamlessly work with each other.

Since your data isn't recognized after the new installation of QuickBooks, I'd recommend contacting their phone support. This way, their installation team can help you integrate it with your current Quickbooks platform.

Does Quickbooks Online Plus or Advanced sync with E2 Shoptech ERP? We use Shoptech and QB Desktop. Before we switch to QB online Plus or Advanced, we want to make sure it syncs with E2 Shoptech.  Thanks!

We have yet to find any connector from E2 Shop and QBO. Consider to replace your E2 Shop with a 3rd party manufacturing app to integrate with QBO natively.
