Unable to print payroll

First, can you tell me the exact error you've received while trying to print your payroll? This is for me to further check its root cause. 

In the meantime, let's access your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. This is to isolate this unexpected printing issue for any browser-related. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once access, let's view your Payroll Settings to check the paycheck options. There are several paycheck printing options available in QuickBooks. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Payroll Settings.
3. Select the Preferences tab
4. Click the Paycheck Printing Settings. 

   

5. Mark the radio button on how would you like to print your pay stubs and checks. 

   • Preprinted QuickBooks 

   • Plain Paper

6. Hit OK.

If it works, they can return to their default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. Also, they can try using other supported browsers.
