Yes, you can attach vendor files. Let me show you how.
From the Vendor menu, choose Vendor Center. Select a vendor, and click the Clip (File) icon to attach an attachment.
Also, QuickBooks Desktop has QuickBooks Doc Center where you can add or scan a document that you can attach to a transaction.
- Go to the Company menu.
- Select Documents, then Doc Center.
