This error can happen if your subscription is currently billed through an app store billing system such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This means that our system is unable to process the payment when filing your form since we don't have your billing information.
For us to sort this out, please contact our phone or chat support teams. They can access your account and help you transfer the billing details to our system. Here's how to reach out to them:
- Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
- Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
- Click Contact Support Team, then type in "tax forms" and press Enter once again.
- Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
- Look for the Chat option and click on it.
