Why won’t my QuickBooks Self Employed subscription register.

So I downloaded the QuickBooks Self Employed app on iPad and created an account. Once I selected a subscription package I purchased the subscription but than I got Purchase error message and every time I try to sign in it says my Trial Period has ended and to select a subscription, but again I continue to get the same issue and cannot log in or access QuickBooks Self Employed, even though it says I have an active subscription. How do I fix this?

I understand that you need help activating your Self-Employed subscription. I'm here to assist you in resolving this issue. 

 

If I understand correctly, you're facing difficulty in activating your subscription in the app. To resolve this, you can follow these easy steps: 

 

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Select the Today tab, then select your profile.
  3. Look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app in the Available Updates section.
  4. If you see the option, tap Update.

 

Once done, restart your iPad to refresh it. If you're still facing issues with your subscription, I recommend contacting our experts for further assistance. Since you're unable to log in or access your account, click the I forgot my user ID or Password link from the sign-in page. From there, proceed to the instructions below:

 

  1. Click on Try Something Else and then select Talk to an expert.
