anyone know how to get the notes to populate on a Sales Receipt? I'm not looking to have it on the printed receipt, I simply would like the note to pop at the top of the Sales Receipt. Currently it has the customer name, contact: (phone number) Email: History: (last sale date) and Notes, but notes is always empty, no matter how much or how little I have in the customer note field. Is this note field specific to the receipt? if so, how do I put in a note on that sales receipt?
Unfortunately, it only comes up with the word "Notes" if there are notes. This indicates that there are notes, but then you have to hover over it to see them. Maybe this is to protect a customer's view of some unflattering note?
