Is anyone having trouble with receipt snap? Mine has disappeared on my mobile app

We haven't received any customer reports regarding issues with the Receipt Snap feature in the QuickBooks mobile app.

 

Let me outline some troubleshooting steps to clear the corrupted cache that causes misbehavior in the program. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Close and restart the app.
  3. Clear app data. To do this:
    • Open your device Settings.
    • Select apps (varies by device).
    • Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
    • Select clear data.
  4. Power down and restart your device.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

Alternatively, you can use a supported mobile browser to upload receipts from your Google Drive.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team so they can raise an investigation if necessary.
