Recurring transactions

Since QBO has created the new invoice template, all my invoices have NO for "Include Unbilled Charges." I need them all to have that selected. In other words, YES. What can I do to change all of them at the same time? I have over 300 customers & do not want to have to go into each RECURRING TRANSACTION separately to turn that field on!!!

Recurring transactions

I acknowledge your need to include the unbilled charges in your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Donna. To tackle your goal, let's dive into this concern.

The Include Unbilled Charges option is still available when QBO creates a new invoice template or layout for recurring transactions, Donna. However, at this time, you cannot edit your recurring transactions in bulk. We are constantly working to improve QuickBooks' features to provide our customers with the best online experience and reach their business goals. To help us with this going forward, you can send your suggestion to our product engineers. They will review your recommendation and may consider it for future product enhancements. Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Type in your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit.

As a workaround, it is suggested to manually open each of your templates and turn on that option.

On the other hand, you can also have automatic payments for your recurring invoices in QBO. To know more about this, check this link out: Set up Autopay for recurring invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Comment below if you have questions about handling invoices or other QBO-related concerns. I'll be here to assist.
