Buy nowI would like to see who in my company can view or see reminders or memorized transaction reminders. I would like to be able to remove these features once i know whom and where to remove them from.

Thank you for the information provided. I have looked extensively, and I am not finding anything in the roles setup for permissions related to Lists, Memorized Transactions, or Reminders. Could you provide me with more detail?
Hi @Brita2, thanks for following up. I see that you need more details about the user permissions for features like reminders and memorized transactions. Let me clarify this for you and help you move forward.
I’d like to clarify that the information provided by my colleague above is not specifically about the user interface (UI) you should be looking at to restrict the user’s access to reminders and such. Rather, it refers to the general concept of roles and permissions that are likely related to it, such as those connected to customers.
While you can remove a user's access to certain roles, this action will not only restrict their access to reminders but also impact other features connected to those roles. For example, if you remove a user's access to invoices, they will not only lose the ability to send invoice reminders but also other functionalities, like creating or editing invoices.
We understand the importance of tailored access controls to ensure security and optimize organizational workflows. However, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) does not currently offer the ability to block users' access to view reminders or memorized transactions. Thus, we encourage you to share your feedback to help us refine user roles and permission management in future updates:
