remove view and pay option i don't accept credit card payments but I can't remove this from my invoices

Hi there, @DMCDelivery.

I'll walk you through removing the view and pay option when sending invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you have a QuickBooks Payments subscription, the application gives your customers a way to view and pay their invoices online. To remove this, we can toggle off the setting by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Payments tab.
  3. From there, toggle off the payment options you're not using.
  4. Hit Done.

After that, we can change how your invoices are emailed to your customer to Plain text. This way, the review and pay button will be removed when sending out your transactions:

  1. Go back to the Account and Settings, and click the Sales tab.
  2. Scroll down to the Online delivery section, then hit the pencil icon.
  3. In the Additional email options for invoices field, choose the Plain text.
  4. Click Save, then Done.

You can also modify the look of your sales forms; for further information, refer to this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

In addition, I have provided this resource to assist you in manually tracking invoice payments and keeping your records accurate: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
