I know a way where you can see the vacation time of your employee, Will.
There's a report in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) where you can see the history of the vacation time of your employee. This report also includes all of your employees names and data. To find the name of your employee, you'll have to search for their names one by one. You can locate this report by going to the Reports menu.
Here's how:
- Go to the Report menu and choose Employees & Payroll dropdown.
- Click the More Payroll Reports in Excel dropdown, then select Employee Sick & Vacation History.
- Follow the on-screen instructions, if there are any.
- Find the name of your employee on the list.
Additionally, you may want to create, manage, assign, or update pay schedules in QuickBooks Desktop: Set up and manage payroll schedules.
