Resolution Center Cases not Being Resolved

I have a number of cases sitting in the resolution center ranging from two weeks to almost two months in lead times, but none of these issues are being resolved. One of which is fairly crucial to our business operations. Is there a way to directly reach this team? If not, what number should I call to get in touch with my account executive.
