Is there a way to widen the print area for the ship to and bill to address on a sales invoice?

Let me share some information about printing your invoices, kerri88.

As of now, the option to widen the Bill To and Ship To field address when printing an invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Additionally, the new version does not have the feature to import customized invoices.

What we can do is use QBO to make customized invoices that appear polished. Here's an article you can refer to for more details about customizing invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

For now, you may look for a third-party application that can help you widen the Bill To and Ship To field address when printing an invoice. You can visit the QuickBooks Apps site and look for an app that meets your business needs. You can also do this inside your company by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Click Finds Apps.
  3. Look for the thirds-party application in the Search for an app field (see screenshot below).
  4. If you have found the app you're looking, just click Get App Now.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to leave a comment below. I'll get back here as soon as I can to help you again. Have a great day!

Once I click on QuickBooks Lab the only thing that shows up is "come play in our high-tech playground" so I don't know how to "toggle" to import style option.

I have attached a screen shop of what I see

Hello there, @kerri88.

Let me chime in on this conversation to share some information regarding importing an invoice template into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I've checked and replicated it here on my end and confirmed that the option to import an invoice template into QuickBooks Online (QBO) is already unavailable. With this, my colleague @RCV will update the information given above.

I understand how much of a difference it would make if we can import invoice templates. I also want to have this feature as much as you do. With this, I'd recommend submitting your own feedback so you'll be added to the list of users who want to have this feature once again.

We suggest sending feedback by following the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Share your feedback.
  4. Click Next to submit.

Another easy to share your feedback is to enter them through this link: QuickBooks Online Feature Request. New product feature releases will be posted here too.

Should you have other concerns with managing and customizing our invoices, let me know by leaving a comment below. I'm always around to help. Have a great day!
