Sales Invoice

QBO has stopped allowing me to create a new inventory item from the customer sales invoice screen. Any help/insight on why this happened and how to fix it would be appreciated

Currently, we have a reported issue where some users cannot add new inventory items from the invoice window. Rest assured, our Engineering Team is aware of this and is working diligently to resolve it.

 

To get you in the loop on the latest updates on this issue, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team. This way, they'll add you to the list of affected users and notify you via email of the resolution updates. Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion about your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
