Currently, the shipping date for the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version 21.0. It is only available in QBDT version 18.0. Although, you can record it in an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of the ship date.

However, if you mean the Ship details, it's available via the dashboard in the Ship Details column. This is how the new Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet manages shipment information. You can choose whether or not to copy the shipping information to the sales order.

OK, So how do I use the Quickbooks shipping manager on sales orders? 

That's a great question, @mike7620. 

I'm happy to go over some additional details about using sales orders with the shipping manager. 

For an overview of the process, check out the steps I've included below. 

1. First, you'll need to decide what you want to fill and send the order electronically to the picker. 
2. Then, you'll receive a notification in your dashboard when the order is picked, at which point you can send it for packing.
3. Using the shipping manager, you can fill out and print shipping labels from multiple carriers once the package has been packed.
4. After the order has shipped, you can mark it as so in the dashboard.
