our enterprise 2021 version does not have a column (action) for shipping
Hello there, @mike7620.
Currently, the shipping date for the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version 21.0. It is only available in QBDT version 18.0. Although, you can record it in an Excel spreadsheet to keep track of the ship date.
However, if you mean the Ship details, it's available via the dashboard in the Ship Details column. This is how the new Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet manages shipment information. You can choose whether or not to copy the shipping information to the sales order.
You can check out this article for more details: Use the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet. It gives you a single place to gain insight and access to all aspects of the process.
Additionally, I've added this article that'll help you to track sales order fulfillment progress: Pick tab in Sales Order Fulfillment.
