Moreover, QuickBooks may occasionally display unusual behavior and encounter performance issues due to browser-related issues. Let's conduct some initial troubleshooting steps to identify the problem. To begin, utilize an incognito window or a private browser when entering your estimates. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:
- For Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari, press Control + Option + P
If it works, log in to your usual browser and clear its history to begin anew. If not, we recommend using an alternative supported browser, as the QuickBooks version you're currently using may be experiencing a temporary issue.
After following the troubleshooting steps and still getting the same error, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They have tools to pull up your account in a safe environment to find the root cause of your concern and find a fix.
To ensure that we address your concern on time, you can check our available hours when contacting our support.
