I'm here to help ensure you're able to import your invoices with the correct sales tax in QuickBooks Online, TammieO.

Importing invoices with sales tax in QuickBooks Online is quick and easy. You'll just need to add the sales tax rate on your spreadsheet and not the amount.

This way, the system will import the correct sales tax on your invoices and map the tax codes you created in QuickBooks. You can get more details about the importing process in this article: Import multiple invoices at once. This will give you more information on what you can and can’t import.

Additionally, I recommend visiting this link: Account Management. These will provide links about managing your QuickBooks Online account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports.

Let me know how it goes by leaving a reply below. I need to make sure you're able to import your invoices with the correct sales tax. I'll be around to help if you need further assistance.

I can share some information about sales tax tables in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Douglas Lopez.

You can enter your sales tax codes from your Sales Tax Center. The feature to import or upload it to your account is currently unavailable.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and select Add/edit tax rates and agencies.
  2. Click on New and choose either a single or a combined tax rate.
  3. Enter a name for the tax, the agency you pay, and the percentage for the rate. Use a single rate if you pay just one rate to a single agency.
  4. Select Save.

For detailed guidance on how to add one, refer to the following article: Set up your sales tax. This will also help you in adding or editing sales tax rates and agencies.

In case you'd like to import invoices that include sales tax rates/codes, you may consider subscribing to QuickBooks Online Advanced. See this article for more information: Import multiple invoices at once.

Let me know if you still have questions with your sales tax tables by leaving a reply below. Take care and have a great rest of the day!
