Salesforce Integration

Has anyone has success with integrating Salesforce with QuickBooks Online Accountant?  I understand that the integration is possible with a normal QuickBooks Online subscriptions but was told that Intuit's integration app does not work with the Accountant's version.

Thanks your any help.

I'm delighted to answer this for you, ReggieEducates.

Right now, the integration of Salesforce is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. If you wish to link it to the Accountant version, I'll route you to our Intuit Developer Team. It's a place where programmers help each other in terms of integrating a third-party application into QuickBooks.

Here's how to get in touch with them.

  1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click Log in.
  4. Choose Sign In if you have an existing account or select Create Account to sign up.
  5. Click Ask a Question.
  6. Enter a brief discussion of your query, then click Ask.

They'll respond to your query once posted to their forum. If you have other QuickBooks concerns, please don't hesitate to click the Reply button below. I'm always around to answer your questions.

In addition to this, I'll be sharing some of the most asked questions on the topic of Invoicing. This article is for you and it'll walk you through the steps: Top 5-Invoicing.

I hope you'll find answers from our Intuit Developer Team. Leave a comment below if you have other QuickBooks concerns. I'm always around to help you. Take care and enjoy the rest of the day.

I understand that you'll want to receive an update for your feedback about this feature from our product development team, Reggie. I'm here to share some details.

In this case, I suggest posting again on the Intuit Developer Support page for further assistance. This way, our developers can provide you with ways and tips about your integration concern. This is the place where developers like you engage with others to discuss programming concerns.

If you need further assistance with managing apps to your QuickBooks account. I'll be around. Take care!

I have heard that Intuit retired their integration. We have started using Breadwinner as our integration tool and it is brilliant https://breadwinner.com

It is also able to integrate Stripe with Salesforce which means our sales team can bill directly from within Salesforce.

@ReggieEducates  I'd suggest you to checkout DBsync they are one of the most popular tools for this type of integration and are one of the most positively reviewed teams across the Salesforce marketplace too.
