Thanks for visiting the Community for your invoice concern, @susanhd. As an insight, saving as drafts option is unavailable in QuickBooks.
However, we can view the account's Audit Trail to check if the pending invoice was saved successfully.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Scroll down to the Accountant and Taxes section.
- Select the Audit Trail.
- Update the Date Entered/Last Modified field with the period you want to view.
- To add additional filters on the report, use the Customize Report option.
If you can't find the invoice, I'd recommend creating the invoice again.
