You are running QB Desktop 2011 on Win 10 or 11, correct?

You should find QB Desktop 2021 with a non subscription license. Another option, you can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for advise.

I am using QB 2011 on Windows 11.

I didn't realize there was a non-subscription QB Desktop.

I'm not about to send her my info or any money. I've been scammed before and am not about to be scammed again.

I'm looking for solutions to issues that are posted here. Not someone to tell me to talk to someone elsewhere. In looking through other people's issues, I was able to resolve half of mine by adding the error links to the restricted sites. Just because I worry about being scammed, does not mean I won't follow peoples publicly posted advice. Have you been hacked and scammed before? I have, and lost almost everything bank accounts, social media, credit card accounts - EVERYTHING without even giving out any info. I have the right to be cautious. If your FIAT LUX had commented on my post, I may have tried what was suggested but I noticed you were pushing that name on a lot of posts just like the scammers do. I have no idea what a Level 11 is... I simply came to ask a question. No need to get jumpy.

Stay calm. Scammers will not get high rank in the community. Otherwise, they might have been banned long ago. I read 4Gal was not pushing you anything. They just recommended you find QB Desktop 2021 with non-subscription for your situation.

If you want to use QBD 2011, you should run it on Windows 8 to avoid those script errors. Another option, you may find QBD 2021 as the last non subscription license to run on Windows 10/11. Make sure you can find the license code on CAMPS to avoid scam.

The QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2011 you purchased may also have files corrupted. The QBDT Pro 2011 version can't be bought through the official QuickBooks page since it's already discontinued.
