Scroll Feature for Chart of Accounts

Hey there, @bfaul3307,

Thanks for providing me the details about the problem you're getting when attempting to edit an expense transaction in the Chart of Accounts. I can help you get past this.

Since the issue only affects one device, let's try checking if the unexpected behavior is brought about by the large data in the browser's cache.

Have you tried switching to a private window? If not, I'd suggest doing that first. The incognito browser does not save your browsing history making it a good place to isolate web data issues.

Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can try:

  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

If you're not getting the same result in the incognito window, you can go back to regular browsing and clear your browser's cache.

Please update me on how this goes. I'm here to assist you further whenever you needed me.

Hi There,

thanks for the suggestion...This did not work..

It has to be something with my computer settings as it is only this one computer.  But of course my laptop is my main computer.

Hello there, @bfaul3307.

I appreciate you adding some details and following the steps my colleague provided. Since the issue is only specific to your Dell laptop, I advise reaching out to your IT person to help you with your computer settings.

That should get you on the right track, bfaul3307.

Keep me posted if you have other QuickBooks concerns. Just add a comment below or mention my name. I'd get back to you soon. Take care!
