You might want to consider logging into your QuickBooks account using a private browser or incognito mode. This will help you check if there's a problem with your browser, as it won't use stored cache files. You might also want to try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome, for a better QuickBooks experience.
In the meantime, we can navigate to All apps > Sales & Get Paid > Invoices to find your invoices. If the search field isn't immediately visible above the list, click on the Status and Date dropdown to filter and locate the invoices you've been looking for.
