- Run QuickBooks Desktop and then go to the Help menu.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Follow on-screen instructions to reach support via callback or chat.
Phone support is available on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT for QBDT Pro, Plus, Premier and Mac but closed on weekend. And 5 AM to 7 PM PT for Enterprise on weekdays and 6 AM to 3 PM PT for weekends.
