Send invoice at specific date automatically

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We can create a recurring invoice in QuickBooks Online. You can modify the interval and start date so that it will send on the specific month you'd like and mark check the Automatically send emails so the system will follow the command after it has been created.

Here's how: 

1. Go to Settings and then Recurring transactions.
2. From the Action column, select Edit for the transaction you want to modify.
3. Under the option, mark checks the Automatically send emails.
4. Input the Interval and the Start date.
5. Press Save template.

Thanks so much for the feedback. But I am afraid this does not quite meet my objective. We already tried the template approach but it works best with recurring invoices. We need it to also work with individual/one time invoices. The idea is to create the invoice and program so it is sent automatically at a specific date.

I appreciate you for trying the recurring templates. I'll share some details and another alternative about your invoices. 

The recurring feature will help you to achieve your goal.

Please note that you can create multiple recurring invoice templates for many customers. But this will create an alternate template in the list.

If you don't want this option, you have an option to modify the old template information. This way, all your clients have just one template.

In addition, you have the option to utilize the third-party application mentioned by Fiat Lux - ASIA.

Let me guide you to where you can find the apps: 

1. Go to the QuickBooks app store. 
2. Type task management in the search box. 
3. Find the appropriate app that meets your business needs. 
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
