To add a user who has access to enter billable time, you can set up this user as a Standard User. During the process, you’ll want to make sure to select the access rights you want them to have. In this portion, you can select whether to limit them to performing a particular job or allow them to have full access to your company file.
If you opt for limiting them to particular tasks in your company, please ensure to mark-check the Customers and Vendors. It is to allow the user to create billable time and invoice them in the future.
