Shogo Won't Sync

For some reason shogo has quit syncing with my POS CoreStore.

Shogo Won't Sync

Shogo referred me to Quickbooks. Corestore (my POS) removed and reset shogo in the POS. 

Here is the message after manually updating web service in quickbooks.

Error connecting to QuickBooks. Error message received from QuickBooks was <Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Interop.QBXMLRP2.RequestProcessor2'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{8DB91B17-D5A2-41DB-80A7-CC6F1E449A05}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).>. Application has sent back a DONE via connectionError. More information in available in the log file (click View Log button from main window). Update aborted per request from application.

I worked with shogo support and ran all their suggestions. The then referred me to quickbooks. Corestore (my POS reset shogo in their system)

 

Here is a copy of the message today after manually running "update web services"

I want to make sure you're able to sync the Shogo app with your QuickBooks Desktop account.

 

Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps and still not having any success, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. Agents have specialized tools, like the ability to share your screen, to take a more in depth look at your account to determine what's causing this issue. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

 

1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
4. Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
5. We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue. (If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.)
6. Select to chat with us or have us call you.

Shogo Won't Sync

When I hit the contact us link I get an error message. Is it because I have Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020 and it's not supported? 

 

Another idea I have is can I uninstall shogo and reinstall it into quickbooks? Will that be a potential fix or not?

Yes, you're right. All 2020 QBDT versions won't receive the latest critical security patches and other Intuit services integrated with the program. Thus, reinstalling and syncing Shogo or Corestore to QuickBooks isn't supported. With this, please secure a backup copy of your company file so you can restore it anytime.

 

However, you can consider upgrading your QuickBooks Pro through our customer sales team or have QBDT Plus/Enterprise 2024 to avoid service interruptions and continue getting the latest security updates and features.
