We are setting up a Shopify website to sell our products and services. We us QBO for our invoicing. I am wondering how one might connect the two so that when a customer makes a purchase on the website, that customer and transaction are automatically synced with QBO and could be invoiced from QBO.
Also, is it possible then to just run the payment through QBO rather than immediately via Shopify?

Hello there, Jeff-ocens.
I appreciate your query regarding Shopify online orders and the possibility of just running the payment through QBO rather than immediately via Shopify.
Currently, running payment through QBO isn't possible. I agree with 4gal that you may consider a third-party app connector that lets you do the tasks.
You can look for an app by navigating through the Apps tab or visiting our QuickBooks App Store that suits your business needs.
Let me know if you've got further questions regarding Shopify orders or other concerns. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
