ok what's wrong with quickbooks now? I can start desktop program fine but when trying to sign in with my ID and password it constantly says Login Failed. so I can't send invoices or download payments and am SCREWED.
I can login to Intuit dot com just fine and see my account. just the desktop program is hosed.
of course tech support is closed. I do have premium support but no idea what the toll free number is to call in now.
help please?

Had nothing to do with accessing my file the company loads fine. Desktop couldn’t sign in to payments. But a few minutes after posting it magically works so was not on my side. Something was going on at Intuit. Case closed at this point and thanks whoever fixed it behind the scenes I appreciate it.
