You can check if the Square app is set up correctly and how it is integrated with QuickBooks, Karen.

When setting up, you can choose whether you want the app to import sales individually or as a summary of your daily sales. To verify, follow the steps below:
 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and click Integration transactions.
  2. Search for Connect to Square, then Get app now.
  3. Select Give permission.
  4. Sign in to your Square account and click the Square locations you want to sync.
  5. Select the bank account you want to deposit to, then Next.
  6. Choose whether you want the app to import sales individually or as a summary of your daily sales. Select Next.
  7. Set a starting date, then hit Finish.


If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the app.
